Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a seasoned Project Execution & Delivery leader for ICSS/DCS projects in the United States. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, from engineering through commissioning, coordinating with customers and global teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 8–15 years in ICSS/DCS, 5–8 years in PM execution, and are familiar with ISO 9001. PMP certification is preferred. This role requires up to 30% travel and a strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 8–15 years’ experience in ICSS/DCS or process control systems.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in Project Management and Execution (EPC engagement, contract management)
  • ISO 9001 Quality Management System Awareness.
  • PMP training/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ICSS/DCS projects across full lifecycle (engineering, procurement, integration, FAT/SAT, commissioning, handover).
  • Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans with work breakdown structures and cost forecasts.
  • Ensure on-time, on-scope delivery while optimizing profitability and cash flow.
  • Monitor performance, implement corrective actions, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with remote and international teams; manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Drive financial management: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow, and claims.
  • Lead change order development and contract-related negotiations and risk assessments.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and ensure resource availability and training.
