Job summary

Jobot in Colorado is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead large commercial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and strict cost control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress, and cost tracking reports.
  • Implement project financial management and cost control strategies to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations, as well as legal requirements.
  • Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Deliver regular and timely updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Assist in the selection and management of subcontractors and coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
