Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ лет опыта в дизайне продукта, приоритет senior/principal/staff уровней
• Опыт дизайна для AI и работы с неопределенностью, умение объяснять поведение агентов
• Опыт владения или значительного вклада в дизайн‑систему на уровне паттернов и принципов
• Сильные навыки в UX‑процессах, UI‑мастерстве, продуктовом мышлении, исследованиях, сторителлинге и коллаборации
• Опыт перевода абстрактной задачи в 0→1 разработку и решение
• Высокий уровень инициативы и способность выявлять пропуски за пределами зоны ответственности
• Уверенная англоязычная коммуникация и комфорт в международной среде
• Плюсом будет знание немецкого и опыт в HealthTech

Responsibilities

• Проектирование AI‑нативных поверхностей платформы, включая мультимодальные интерфейсы, состояния агентов и элементы управления неопределённостью
• Владение end‑to‑end дизайном области продукта от формулировки проблемы до релиза
• Внесение компонентов и правил в дизайн‑систему с учётом AI‑конвенций
• Формирование технического и продуктового направления в партнёрстве с продуктовой и инженерной командами
• Сотрудничество с дизайнерами по всей организации и влияние на работу за пределами своей области
• Повышение качества дизайна через конструктивную критику
• Поддержание согласованности Across AI Suite и Discharge Core

Job description

Описание:

Recare is a German HealthTech company reshaping discharge management through technology. Its SaaS platform and AI solutions simplify processes for hospitals and aftercare providers, support healthcare professionals, and connect German hospitals with rehabilitation clinics and nursing and homecare providers.

Задачи:

• Design AI-native platform surfaces, including multimodal interfaces, agent states, uncertainty, and human-in-the-loop controls
• Own end-to-end design for a product area, from an ambiguous problem statement through production release
• Contribute components and AI-specific conventions to the design system
• Shape technical and product direction in close partnership with product and engineering
• Collaborate with designers across the organisation and influence work beyond the assigned product area
• Raise the craft standard through design critique
• Maintain coherence across the AI Suite and Discharge Core

Требования:

• 8+ Years of product design experience, including at least 3+ years at Senior, Principal, or Staff level
• Experience designing for AI and non-determinism, including communicating agent behaviour, handling errors, and keeping users in control
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to a design system at the level of patterns and principles
• Strong skills across UX process, UI craft, product thinking, research, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience taking features from an ambiguous problem statement through 0-to-1 development to shipped code
• High agency and ability to identify gaps beyond the assigned product area
• Ability to defend a position under pressure while changing it when new information warrants
• Confident English communication and comfort working in an international environment
• Consumer-grade design craft
