Job summary

Life Data Lab приглашает опытного руководителя проектов для ведения проектов по разработке LIMS и смежных систем в клиниках и лабораториях здравоохранения. Вы будете курировать циклы разработки, интеграцию с внешними системами и взаимодействие с заказчиками.

Требуется минимум 3 года опыта технического управления проектами, знание API/интеграций, а также способность работать в международной удаленной команде. Знания HL7/FHIR будут плюсом.

Qualifications

• Минимум 3 года опыта в роли Project Manager/Delivery Manager/Technical Project Manager или аналогично.
• Понимание полного цикла разработки ПО и SDLC.
• Технический бэкграунд или опыт в разработке, анализе систем, QA, DevOps.
• Умение эффективно общаться с инженерами и другими техническими командами.
• Понимание API, интеграций систем, баз данных и основных принципов архитектуры ПО.
• Опыт работы в Agile.
• Сильные организационные навыки и управление заинтересованными сторонами.
• Умение работать удаленно в международной среде.
• Знание сербского и русского языков на уровне C1-C2.
• Плюсом: опыт интеграционных проектов, Healthcare IT, LIS/LIMS, HL7/FHIR и пр.

Responsibilities

• Возглавлять проекты ПО от планирования до поставки.
• Координировать команды разработки, QA, бизнес-анализа и внедрения.
• Отслеживать сроки, приоритеты, риски и зависимости.
• Обеспечивать коммуникацию между техническими и бизнес-сторонами.
• Перевод бизнес-потребностей в технические требования.
• Участвовать в интеграциях с другими системами.
• Отслеживать прогресс проекта и ключевые этапы.
• Выявлять блокеры и работать над их устранением.
• Вносить вклад в улучшение процессов управления проектами.

Its products help laboratories automate workflows, improve data accuracy, integrate with other healthcare systems, and manage the laboratory testing process more efficiently.

Задачи

• Lead software projects from planning through delivery
• Coordinate development, QA, business analysis, and implementation teams
• Track deadlines, priorities, risks, and dependencies across project areas
• Coordinate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Contribute to requirements definition and discussions about technical solutions
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Participate in product implementation and integrations with other systems
• Track project progress and key milestones
• Identify blockers and risks and actively work to resolve them
• Contribute to improving internal processes and project management practices

Требования

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role
• Good understanding of software development processes and the full software development lifecycle
• Technical background or hands-on experience in software development, system analysis, QA, DevOps, or a similar technical field
• Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and other technical teams
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and basic software architecture principles
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong organizational skills and experience with stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment
• Serbian C1-C2 and Russian C1-C2
