Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager I for Lake City, FL to support transportation and infrastructure programs. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, risk management, and coordination with clients and technical staff.

You will work under supervision but independently manage assigned workstreams and document controls. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years of professional experience, and CAPM or equivalent is a plus.

• Experience with project controls, documentation, and contract administration.
• Ability to organize information, track multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project work plans, schedules, and execution plans under supervision.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and project controls through the lifecycle.
• Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
• Serve as daily point of contact for client, contractors, consultants, and project team.
• Attend project meetings, prepare minutes, and support action follow-ups.
