Ability to lead cross functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and adapt to changing business needs.

The Project Manager plays a key role in leading cross functional commercialization projects from concept to completion. This position partners with teams across Operations, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Sales to manage project timelines, budgets, product launches, manufacturing transitions, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with the ability to drive multiple projects forward while ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives.
