Job summary

Shiel Sexton Indy is seeking a Project Manager I (PM1) to lead projects and supervise the construction team, secure subcontracts and manage purchasing, invoicing, and payments. • This position requires five to seven years’ experience in commercial construction or similar level experience.
• Demonstrated mastery of managing project finances and budgets.
• Experience coordinating with customers, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects and supervise the construction team.
• Secure subcontracts, purchase orders, and manage monthly invoicing.
• Approve subcontractor payments and run weekly progress meetings.
• Ensure quality, production, and safety across the construction process.
• Provide administrative and technical direction to the project management team.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams and field personnel to meet design, budget and schedule.
