Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of related experience; or Associate’s Degree with 3 years; or Bachelor’s Degree.
• 7 years of related experience for Project Manager II; Master’s Degree preferred in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of projects.
• Facilitate iterative planning, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as change agent for Agile adoption (Scrum/Kanban) using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Define resource requirements and develop project plans.

Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Group has an opening for a Project Manager. This role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
