Serves as a subject matter expert in CEII projects, creates project plans, tracks project budget and progress to completion, and works with partners to align CEII programming and funding with those plans.## **Key Job Responsibilities:*** Creates a project plan, monitors progress and performance against the project plan, and identifies, resolves, or escalates risks and issues. + Leads overall project definition, solution identification, and implementation. + Oversees the procurement and management of service providers and consultants that perform work related to the initiatives. + Engages in problem-solving and seeks out resources to address project implementation challenges. + Establishes measures to determine the success of projects and ensures that all targets and requirements are met. + Reports project status and issues to the Vice Chancellor, committees, or other relevant leadership proactively and regularly.* Facilitates the estimation of project costs, resources, and time required to complete the assigned phase of a project and monitors activities, negotiates for resources, and assigns tasks to ensure these targets are met.
