Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a project administrator with a focus on commercial construction. The role involves assisting with budgets, schedules, contracts, and status reporting under supervision.

You will support design development, cost control, and bid Document preparation while coordinating with superintendents and owners. Applicants should have at least four years in commercial construction, a related bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and estimating tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.

Job Description

This individual will be primarily responsible for administration of assigned projects, including specific phases of project management under supervision, working with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports.


Some Things You Can Expect To Do


  • Participate in owner/client sales presentations.

  • Participate in some design development, budget preparation, and project schedule.

  • Share job cost responsibility with supervising PM or Division Manager by keeping supervisor informed of efforts.

  • Under supervision prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; help prepare profit projections.

  • Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.

  • Conduct project close-out duties, including final cost, punch list, final billing, and final collection of fees.
