We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager Ito lead complex projects from RFQ to closeout, ensuring excellence in budget, schedule, and quality. Acting as the chief operator of their projects, this individual will collaborate across departments including sales, legal, engineering, and production to drive end-to-end project execution.
Own project scope, schedule, and budget through all phases.
Manage documentation, reporting, customer communication, and change orders.
Coordinate logistics, subcontractors, materials, and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead QA/QC, site visits, and ensure safety compliance.
Oversee project closeout, including documentation, invoicing, and post-mortem reviews.
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Construction Management preferred)
3+ years in Project Management, ideally in Electrical or Manufacturing
Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Epicor, Procore, and Salesforce
PMP Certification preferred

2 years: Proficiency with project management software such as Epicor, Procore, or similar platforms
2 years: Experience in project management experience in electrical, manufacturing, or construction-related industries
3 years: Successfully managed projects from initial RFQ through final closeout, including overseeing budget, schedule, and quality
