AIR Communities is seeking a Project Manager in Bethesda, MD to oversee small-scale capital improvement projects and support larger asset enhancements, including smart home upgrades. • Manage projects typically ranging from $10K to $75K, while supporting larger renovation and asset enhancement programs.
• Utilize project management best practices, including scope management, requirements gathering, risk identification, project tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Oversee ongoing contract services and break-fix activities for assigned systems and asset categories.
