Job summary
ARCO National Construction Company seeks a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. The role covers managerial and administrative duties across projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and coordination with owners and design teams on site in Las Vegas area.
You will drive cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and up to 3 years of PM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
- 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor preferred but not required.
- Experience running ground-up projects desired (warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, lab/pharma).
- Estimation experience preferred.
- Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
- Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
- Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
- Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss cost-saving ideas, and provide value engineering suggestions.
- Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors.
- Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
- Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
- Organize, plan and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
- Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes.
- Incorporate customer input to improve, and meet/exceed expectations.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
- 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor preferred but not required
- Experience running ground-up projects. Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and/or lab/pharma facilities highly preferred
- Estimation experience preferred
- Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
