Job summary

Sentry is seeking a Project Manager in Madison, WI to lead department level projects and portfolio initiatives across IT and business areas. You will coordinate planning, scheduling and risk management, while ensuring alignment with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of project leadership, experience in fast-paced IT environments, and PMP/Agile certification preferred. This role supports a hybrid work model with in-office and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience with at least 2 years leading projects.
• Experience in a fast paced IT environment preferred.
• Agile and/or PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with an operational focus.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred.

What You'll Do

What It Takes

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong operational focus preferred.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred.
