Job summary

Sentry Insurance is seeking a Project Manager to lead department level projects and cross-department portfolio initiatives, coordinating across IT and business teams.

The role focuses on planning, scheduling, risk management, and financial tracking, while fostering collaboration with vendors and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Required: a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related work experience with at least 2 years leading projects; Agile and/or PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years related work experience with at least 2 years leading projects.
• Experience in a fast paced IT environment preferred.
• Agile and/or Project Management Professional certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong operational focus preferred.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred.

What You'll Do
