Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Position: Project Manager

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Summary: Currently looking to hire a BAS Project Manager for growing building automation integrator specializing in high-performance DDC systems and complex controls projects. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of assigned BAS projects and drive them to successful completion — on time, on budget, and safely.

What You’ll Do

• Manage building automation/DDC projects from turnover through closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Oversee scheduling, manpower planning, procurement, and subcontractors
• Control project budgets, labor productivity, and financial performance
• Lead pre-construction planning and coordination meetings
• Price and manage change orders
• Ensure timely billing and accurate documentation
• Maintain strong safety standards on all job sites

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in BAS, HVAC controls, or DDC systems
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls installation
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project financials
• Familiarity with design/build and value engineering projects
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
