Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of HVAC and clean room construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret designs and resolve HVAC, air flow systems, and clean room filtration challenges.
• Manage procurement and subcontractor relationships, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking, to ensure financial health and accountability.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation records, adhering to industry standards, building codes, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
