Job summary

Rise Technical in Virginia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, and procurement, coordinating with GC's, owners, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

The Role:

The Person:

• Project Management experience within construction
• Must have some exposure to HVAC systems and understand the HVAC construction / commissioning process
• Experience working with General Contractors, owners and subcontractors
• Strong commercial and technical understanding
• Well organized, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of projects
