Job summary

Rise is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC mechanical construction projects in Hampton Roads, Virginia. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, general contractors and engineers while maintaining budgets and schedules.

The Person:

• Project Management experience within construction
• Must have some exposure to HVAC systems and understand the HVAC construction / commissioning process
• Experience working with General Contractors, owners and subcontractors
• Strong commercial and technical understanding
• Well organized, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of projects
