Job summary

Arrow Components in Denver, CO is seeking a Project Manager, HR Technology to lead global HRIS projects with multiple work streams and partner with HR COEs and business units to design and roll out HRIS solutions.

The role establishes goals and milestones, coordinates resources across regions, leads calls, and manages timelines. You will drive process improvements, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain governance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree.
  • Hands on Experience in HRT or HRIS.
  • Familiar with SLDC, requirement gathering, UAT, Deployments.
  • Excellent Communication.
  • Familiar with waterfall methodology and agile experience.
  • Partner with global stakeholders (global hours required).

Responsibilities

  • Leads moderate to high complexity global HRIS projects and programs with multiple work streams.
  • Partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and other Business Units to scope business requirements and roll out HRIS solutions.
  • Establishes project goals, milestones, and procedures, defines roles and responsibilities, acquires resources, and coordinates projects across regions.
  • Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project timelines and outcomes.
  • As needed, optimizes processes end-to-end and leads change management plans.
  • As needed, collects, validates and maintains business requirements.
  • Provides regular updates to leadership, facilitates issue resolutions and delivers communications and training.
  • Monitors projects through all phases to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within scope.
  • Maintains project artifacts and records in PM systems and tracks time.
  • Controls changes to scope, schedule, and costs with change control protocols.
  • Guides oversight by enforcing policies and providing forecasts.
  • Drives governance compliance and identifies new trends/tech for improvements.
  • Reports performance data, identifies issues, and addresses training gaps among HRT and stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with 3rd party vendors on execution; supports SOWs and invoicing.
  • Implements lessons learned into new projects.

  • Provides regular updates to leadership, facilitates issue resolutions, conducts regular project calls, delivers communication and training as necessary - will need excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Monitors projects through all phases of project to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Develops, maintains and shares required project management artifacts, such as project plans, team charters, etc., and keeps records in the Project Management and Project Time Tracking systems up to date
  • Controls and evaluates changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate change control protocols to ensure appropriate approvals
  • Guides project oversight by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques.
  • Drives compliance to the project management governance framework
  • Proactively identify new trends and technologies for possible implementation and make recommendations on replacing or improving existing ineffective systems or processes.
  • Responsible for reporting and analyzing performance data, identify project issues and problems, and training gaps among HRT and stakeholder resources
  • As needed, collaborate with 3rd party vendors on project execution.
  • Participate in finalizing SOWs, may be involved in supporting vendor invoice reconciliation
  • Implement process improvements from Lessons Learned on completed projects to new projects

Work Arrangement

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$102,900.00 - $139,150.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
