ESFM USA is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate enterprise-scale facilities projects. You will ensure goals are met on time and within funding parameters, interfacing with multiple departments and clients.

The role requires 3–5 years of large project management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. This position offers a structured environment within Compass Group USA's facilities management portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience managing large, complex enterprise projects.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with sharp organizational skills.

Position Title: PROJECT MANAGER

Pay Grade: 15

Other Forms of Compensation: BONUS

ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees. ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets.

This individual will plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of designated project to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

• Proven ability to address competing priorities within a single project with a positive, can-do attitude
• Able to manage multiple projects at a time with sharp organizational skills
