Job summary

House Doctors is seeking a Project Manager in Saint Peters, MO to turn signed contracts into completed kitchens, bathrooms, basements and decks. You will manage projects on time and on budget, coordinating crews, permits and inspections while maintaining clear homeowner communication.

With 7+ years in residential remodeling and hands-on trade experience, you’ll lead site visits, schedule materials, and ensure quality throughout the build, contributing to a strong, growth-oriented team at House

Qualifications

• 7+ years in professional residential remodeling industry.
• 2+ years supervising as proven project manager.
• Hands-on trade experience, detail oriented, and organized.
• Local permit and code knowledge.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM, Excel, Apps, other software.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple jobs at a time, from contract to close-out.
• Take over from sales, conduct pre-construction site visits and confirm measurements.
• Plan schedules, order materials, coordinate deliveries.
• Handle permits, zoning and inspections.
• Direct crews and subcontractors day to day on the jobs you manage.
• Ensure quality throughout project build.
• Keep homeowners informed and manage change orders.
• Keep every job on budget.

Pay structure

Total pay of about $85K to $120K for a proven PM.

• Base salary: $70,000 to $95,000 depending on experience + performance bonus

What You'll Do

Who you are

• Result driven professional with 7+ years in professional residential remodeling industry, 2+ supervising as proven project manager
• Hands-on trade experience, detail oriented, and organized
• Local permit and code knowledge
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and communication skills
• Proficient with CRM, Excel, Apps, other software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

• Kitchen, bath, basement finishing, or deck experience
• OSHA, Lead-Safe (RRP)

Physical requirements:

walk job sites, climb ladders, work in basements and outdoors, and lift up to 50 lb.
