Job summary

EMERY SAPP & SONS is seeking a Project Manager to lead heavy highway construction projects from conception to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality control, coordinating with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.

You will ensure compliance with plans and regulatory requirements, monitor risks, and implement mitigation strategies while providing leadership and mentorship to project teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction and heavy civil industry.
• Strong project management skills with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
