Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive responsibility on heavy civil construction projects.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or similar discipline.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management.

Responsabilités

• Manage budgets including internal labor and equipment costs, subcontractors, and materials.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules.
• Issue and administer subcontracts.
• Monthly progress billing.
• Identifying and addressing field changes.
