Job summary

Cycle Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple civil and marine construction projects in South Louisiana from award to closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, and client relationships with direct access to executive leadership.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a construction-related degree, and proficiency with HCSS, Procore, and Bluebeam. Louisiana-based on-site work with site inspections and field handoffs is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing civil, marine, or heavy construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Time management to balance office work and active jobsites.
• Working knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob, Procore, Bluebeam or similar.
• Valid driver's license and TWIC card (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Own the budget, schedule, and client relationships for multiple projects.
• Maintain full P&L on projects and manage cost-to-complete and profits.
• Lead project schedules, subcontracts, RFIs/submittals, and change orders.
• Conduct weekly jobsite and owner/engineer meetings.
• Foster direct relationships with owners, engineers, subs and suppliers; manage closeout.
