Our Healthcare team supports hospitals, medical centers, outpatient facilities, and healthcare systems in the planning, design, and construction of complex capital projects. We work closely with clients to deliver projects that enhance patient experiences, improve operational efficiency, and support evolving healthcare needs.

As a Project Manager, you will work directly with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to manage planning, design, and construction activities for new facilities, renovations, and tenant improvement projects within healthcare environments.

How You'll Contribute
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Manage planning, design, and construction activities for healthcare facilities, including renovations, expansions, and new construction projects
  • Review and evaluate program requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and client objectives
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting tools to support successful project delivery
  • Analyze budget and schedule impacts and provide recommendations to support project financial objectives
  • Coordinate procurement of design, construction, and consultant services
  • Support contract development, negotiation, review, and administration for design and construction agreements
  • Oversee and review architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and bid documents
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and public agencies to communicate project status and proactively address issues
  • Evaluate potential budget and schedule changes and recommend solutions to mitigate project risks
  • Lead value engineering discussions and review alternatives with clients and project teams
  • Coordinate peer reviews and specialty consultants as required for project success
  • Provide guidance and oversight to Assistant Project Managers and other internal team members as needed
  • Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with contract requirements, design intent, schedules, and quality standards
  • Support the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and progress payment applications
  • Observe and report on construction progress, project risks, and field‑related issues
  • Manage project closeout activities to ensure successful completion and turnover
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including networking, proposal development, and client presentations
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of project management, development, or construction management experience, including at least 3 years supporting healthcare projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects while consistently meeting client expectations, schedules, and budgets
  • Strong understanding of healthcare facility planning, design, and construction processes

  • Ability to interpret and evaluate architectural and engineering documentation
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, and construction phases
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Experience supporting procurement, contract administration, and consultant management activities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
What Sets You Apart
  • You are a proactive self‑starter who takes ownership of outcomes
  • You bring strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to client and team interactions
  • You are confident operating in complex, fast‑moving project environments
  • You are highly organized and detail‑oriented, particularly when managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation
  • You approach challenges with curiosity and a solution‑oriented mindset
  • You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and project leaders
