Job summary

LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD. is hiring a Project Manager for our Healthcare team in Raleigh. The successful candidate will oversee the design process and manage client relationships efficiently and effectively.

This role involves collaboration with a team including clients, architects, and urban planners. Candidates must be a Registered Architect with 8+ years of design experience, particularly in Healthcare, and possess technical production skills for design and construction documents.

• LEED accreditation or interest in pursuing accreditation.

Responsibilities

Skills

Technical production skills for design and construction documents

Proficiency in Revit

Job Summary

LS3P is hiring a Project Manager for our Healthcare team in Raleigh, to oversee the design process and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients, consultants, design leaders, architects, interior designers, urban planners and emerging professionals on production projects.
• Prepare strategic plans and serve as the primary client contact.
• Negotiate contracts, billing, accounts receivable, perform close‑out and archiving duties.
• Manage budgets, schedules, programs, team assignments, estimating fees, determining scope and proposal preparation.
• Facilitate and secure contract documents as the Architect in Responsible Charge, coordinating sign‑off from QA, studio and client leadership.
• Develop design assignments throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate architectural drawings across disciplines.
• Support communication among project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of projects.

What Makes a Strong Candidate

• Technical production skills for design and construction documents.
• Proficiency in Revit.
