Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of facilities and project management experience in hospitality or retail, plus strong collaboration and tool proficiency with Google Workspace and Asana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; preference for related studies.
• 3–5 years of facilities and project management in hospitality or retail.
• Ability to influence and manage teams across levels.
• Experience with Google products and Asana or similar tools.
• Strong prioritization, planning, and communication capabilities.
• Excellent time management and adaptability to changing projects.
• Clear spoken and written communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects with Strategic Operations leadership.
• Lead project lifecycle from initiation to lessons learned and align with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate annual strategic planning and related action items.
• Engage stakeholders to enable business growth and changes.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Develop project plans, presentations, and proposals for launches.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting to leadership.
