Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Project Manager to drive open locations and oversee service excellence in cafe and micro kitchen operations. You will work with the management team to train and develop staff, ensuring daily projects align with client and company guidelines.

Reporting to the VP, Data Centers, you will manage project management, operations, sanitation, and safety aspects across openings, coordinating with regional stakeholders and project meetings to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in management within multi-unit food operations and project management preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate, motivate and interact with multiple levels within the organization.
• Demonstrate acute attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong planning and coordination skills to work with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Capture learnings from new openings and cascade feedback.
• Deliver successful outcomes of special projects across the region.
• Work with cross-disciplinary regional stakeholders.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings on status and milestones.
• Execute and monitor activities against the project plan.
• Report on organizational standard metrics.
