Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Project Manager-Global Projects in McLean, VA to lead complex, multi-national initiatives from inception to completion. You will coordinate governance, budgets, and key metrics while guiding cross-functional and international teams to on-time delivery.

You will develop project artifacts, maintain stakeholder engagement, and foster relationships with customers and suppliers. A bachelor's degree and proven PM experience are required.

• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

As a Project Manager-Global Projects, you will be part of the project management department supporting cross-functional and international teams. Pay Range:$55.00

What’s the Job?

• Lead and manage multiple complex, large, and/or global projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and support all aspects of project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to governance processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, performance metrics, and reporting to ensure financial and operational success.
• Create comprehensive project artifacts including plans, communication strategies, and resource management documents.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and success.

What’s Needed?

• Undergraduate Degree in a relevant field.
