Job summary

You will support global learning and systems engineering programs, coordinating timelines, resources, and communications to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2–5 years in project/program management, with strong Microsoft 365 skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, learning delivery, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook, Forms, and Loop.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of global technical capability development programs, including the Systems Engineering Certificate Program (SECP).
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, risk logs, and action tracking to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Coordinate participant onboarding, instructor readiness, travel logistics, communications, and operational support across multiple regions.
  • Manage program budgets, purchase orders, invoices, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
  • Prepare dashboards, status reports, governance updates, and continuous improvement recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.

Our client, a global leader in power solutions and advanced engineering, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. You will be part of the Technical Capability Development Team supporting global learning and systems engineering programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills , excellent stakeholder management abilities , and proactive problem-solving skills that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Columbus IN

Pay Range: $26.25 - $30.00

What’s the Job?
