• Establish relationships with third parties/vendors and maintain docs.

Responsibilities

• 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of various construction projects from planning to implementation.
• 2. Develop and deliver project budgets, timelines, and work plans.
• 3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project adherence to budgets and timelines.
• 4. Handle contract management duties, including negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• 5. Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
• 6. Apply strategic planning to forecast, plan, and coordinate project activities.
• 7. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• 8. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• 9. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• 10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2. Proven working experience of 3+ years as a Project Manager in the Construction industry.
• 3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• 4. Proficient in project management software, MS Office, and estimation software.
• 5. Excellent knowledge of budgeting, construction estimating, and fiscal management.
• 6. Proven ability to solve problems creatively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• 7. Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to manage a team effectively.
• 8. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• 9. PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
• 10. Ability to travel as needed.
