Job summary

ELEKS приглашает Senior Project Manager для руководства проектом цифровой трансформации крупной немецкой больницы: внедрение CMS, миграция контента и переход к сервисной эксплуатации.

Требуется опыт управления трансформациями, знание Scrum/Kanban и инструментов Jira/Confluence; владение немецким на уровне C1 и английским на деловом уровне; готовность к выездам в Магдебург и гибридному режиму работы.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее пяти лет на должности старшего проектного менеджера в сложных цифровых проектах.
• Не менее трёх лет практического опыта в роли Scrum Master или Agile Coach.
• Опыт в управлении изменениями и трансформациями в организациях.
• Опыт реализации гибких, традиционных и гибридных моделей поставки.
• Глубокие знания Scrum, Kanban или аналогичных методологий.
• Опыт планирования, отчетности по спринтам и управления бэклогом.
• Опыт управления расписанием, бюджетом, рисками и зависимостями.
• Опыт руководства распределёнными командами и взаимодействия со стейкхолдерами.

Responsibilities

• Обеспечение операционного управления проектами и координация команд.
• Единственный контакт для заказчика/клиента.
• Создание и поддержка плана проекта, плана этапов и плана коммуникаций.
• Управление областью, расписанием, бюджетом, качеством, ресурсами и зависимостями.
• Установка и поддержка RAID-лога (риски, предположения, проблемы, зависимости).
• Координация сотрудничества между клиентом, бизнес-подразделениями, UX/UI, BA, разработкой, QA, DevOps и др.
• Подготовка и ведение планирования спринтов, обзоров, ретроспектив и других церемоний.
• Обеспечение прозрачности прогресса проекта.
• Проведение еженедельных статусов и организационных встреч.
• Управление рисками, требованиями, принятием решений, релизами и эскалациями.
• Кураторство QA, UAT, приемки, go-live и гипер-окружения.
• Поддержка внедрения новых процессов, систем и способов работы.
• Соответствие требованиям договора, регуляторики, защиты данных и безопасности.

Описание

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Poland, Croatia, or Germany. ELEKS is starting a new collaboration with a leading hospital in Germany. The project focuses on the digital transformation of the hospital’s public website and intranet, including the introduction of a new content management system, migration of existing content, and transition into ongoing service operations.

• Overall responsibility for operational project management and coordination of all involved project teams.
• Central point of contact for the customer/client.
• Creation and maintenance of the project management plan, milestone plan, and communication plan.
• Management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and dependencies.
• Establishment and continuous maintenance of the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Coordination of collaboration between the client, business departments, UX/UI, business analysis, development, quality assurance, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Preparation and facilitation of sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
• Ensuring transparent and iterative project progress.
• Conducting daily internal status alignment meetings.
• Preparation of a weekly written status report.
• Preparation and facilitation of status meetings, steering committee meetings, and escalation meetings.
• Stakeholder, risk, change, issue, and escalation management.
• Management of requirements, decision-making, acceptance, and release processes.
• Coordination of quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), approvals, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Supporting the organization in introducing new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, data protection, and security requirements.
• Participation in required on‑site meetings in Magdeburg.

Требования

• At least five years of proven professional experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex digital, web, portal, or CMS projects.
• At least three years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Proven experience in change management and supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing agile, traditional, and hybrid project delivery models.
• Solid practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or comparable agile methodologies.
• Experience with sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog management, and agile reporting formats.
• Experience in schedule, budget, quality, risk, dependency, and escalation management.
• Experience leading and coordinating interdisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills with executive management, project leadership, business stakeholders, IT, data protection, information security, and external service providers.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project (or similar planning tools), and Miro.
• Business‑fluent German language skills, minimum C1 level.
• Very good English language skills for collaboration with international project teams.
• Reliable availability during the agreed CET/CEST core working hours.
• Willingness and confirmed availability for approximately ten on‑site meetings with the client in Magdeburg during the project duration.
