ABOUT THE ROLE

You will develop a personal book of business and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, crews, and internal team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales & Client Management: Build and manage a personal book of business. Conduct property inspections, attend insurance adjuster meetings, sign customer contracts, communicate timelines, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Project Oversight: Use AccuLynx to build estimates; coordinate crews, materials, subcontractors, repairs, and final quality inspections with operations.
• Estimating & Billing: Review and refine estimates, submit accurate invoices, follow up on collections, and maintain complete billing records.
