Responsibilities

• Координация кросс-функциональных команд 5–10 человек от идеи до сборки, запуска и анализа.
• Выявление рисков на ранних этапах, устранение блокировок.
• Содействие развитию и поддержке дорожной карты тестирования из 10–20 экспериментов.
• Объяснение плана, выстраивание ожиданий и еженедельные встречи с клиентами.
• Будущие контакты: основная точка контакта для клиентов и внутренних команд.

Spiralyze runs A/B testing experiments on clients’ websites, using proprietary data from hundreds of thousands of web tests to predict which changes will increase purchases.

Задачи

• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 5–10 people and move tests from idea through build, launch, and analysis
• Spot risks early, unblock teams, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Help build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments
• Explain the rationale behind the plan, set expectations, and review progress and results with clients in weekly meetings
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing clarity, positivity, and momentum
• Keep people focused and motivated when work becomes busy or complicated

• Strong organization and diligence; use systems, checklists, and timelines, plan ahead, and complete work properly
• Proactive communication with clients and teammates, early risk escalation, and asking for help when needed
• Learn quickly, enjoy technology and design, seek to understand why things work, notice patterns, and ask good questions
• No prior A/B testing or formal project management experience is required; training is provided
