Job summary

Rhoads Industries, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead the Focus Factory team through all project phases for DoD work. You will manage budgets, schedules, and coordination among engineers, field personnel, and stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery and contract compliance.

The role requires a B.S. in engineering or related field, 7+ years in PM/construction management, and DoD experience. PMP is preferred; onsite work at The Navy Yard in Philadelphia. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related discipline required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience in construction/manufacturing.
• DoD or subcontractor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of project engineers, superintendents, foremen, and coordinators to ensure successful delivery and contract compliance.
• Monitor budgets and schedules using EVMS/related tools to keep projects on or under budget.
• Coordinate bid pricing, SOWs, drawings/specs, and submittals for new contracts and change orders.
