Job summary

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of PM/design experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a track record guiding design teams on complex facilities, including aerospace or DoD environments. Onsite collaboration expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant project management and/or design experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and coordinating across disciplines.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, aviation, federal, or DoD facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary architectural and engineering design teams through complex facility projects.
• Serve as a Project Manager and design team lead, coordinating activities across disciplines.
• Lead projects for aerospace, space, defense, and advanced manufacturing clients.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and other disciplines.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and design deliverables.
• Be the primary client and stakeholder liaison across teams.
• Coordinate development to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve design coordination issues and risks.
• Provide input on budgets, schedules, constructability, and execution.
• Coordinate with construction teams as projects move to implementation.
• Support proposals, scopes of work, client presentations, and BD efforts.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted project partner.
• Mentor less experienced architects, engineers, and team members.
• Work on specialized facilities with complex manufacturing and mission-specific needs.
