Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Construction Technology, or related discipline required.
• US Citizenship required.
• 1+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
• Experience with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in projects in a specific industry (e.g., construction, oil and gas, aerospace).
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Understanding engineering principles, design standards, and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide technical expertise and support in design, analysis, and implementation.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support and collaborate with senior engineers and project managers.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders and management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and technical documents.
