Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an Accounting/Finance IT Project Manager to lead delivery of financial systems initiatives across SAP, OneStream, Anaplan, and more. You will translate finance needs into plans, manage scope, timeline and budget, and drive adoption across enterprise platforms from initiation to go-live.

You will collaborate with IT, Accounting, and Finance leadership, ensure SOX controls and data integrity, and report progress while coordinating 2–3 concurrent initiatives in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 3+ years: IT project/program management or business transformation delivery supporting enterprise applications or financial systems.
• 3+ years: Accounting/Finance experience, or direct project support for close, reporting, AP, treasury, tax, controls, billing, or FP&A.
• 2+ years: ERP/financial systems project experience (SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, Anaplan, Coupa, Concur, Workday, Pathlock, or similar).
• 2+ years: Business case development, requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, cutover planning, change management.
• 1+ years: Vendor, consultant, or managed-services coordination.
• 3+ years: Executive-level communication, roadmap reporting, facilitation, prioritization, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Governance: Establish operating cadence, roadmap visibility, prioritization, decision logs, risks, and executive-ready updates for Finance/Accounting tech work.
• Requirements & Business Cases: Document pain points, future-state needs, savings opportunities, and success measures before work begins.
• Delivery: Coordinate delivery across SAP, OneStream, Anaplan, Coupa, Concur, Pathlock, Workday, and Crunchtime, owning scope, testing, cutover, and release readiness.
• Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead sessions across IT, Accounting, Finance, Operations, vendors, and owners to resolve roadblocks and align on scope.
• Controls & Adoption: Ensure projects address SOX/access, data integrity, training, UAT, and post-go-live adoption.
• Reporting: Track capacity, vendor involvement, dependencies, benefits, and risk; reprioritize as needed.
• Artifacts: Create and maintain charters, plans, schedules, RAID logs across 2-3 concurrent projects.
• PMO Alignment: Work within Topgolf's PMO, use Jira/Smartsheet, and contribute to practice refinements.

Job description

The Accounting/Finance IT Project Manager leads delivery of financial systems initiatives across Accounting, Finance, Treasury, AP, Tax, Internal Controls, and FP&A. This role converts finance and accounting needs into requirements, project plans, and measurable outcomes, while managing scope, timeline, budget, and cross-functional coordination from initiation through go-live. Prior Accounting/Finance experience is required to evaluate process impacts, manage risk, and drive adoption across enterprise financial platforms.

This role is based at Topgolf HQ in Dallas, TX, with an expectation of four days per week in the office and one day remote.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead working sessions across IT, Accounting, Finance, Operations, vendors, and business owners to resolve roadblocks and align on scope and timelines.
• Controls & Adoption: Ensure projects account for accounting controls, SOX/access impacts, data integrity, training, UAT, and post-go-live adoption.

• PMO Alignment: Operates within Topgolf's PMO, using shared tools (Jira/Smartsheet) and delivery standards, and contributes to their ongoing refinement.

Your Experience

• 3+ years: IT project/program management or business transformation delivery supporting enterprise applications or financial systems
• 3+ years: Accounting/Finance experience, or direct project support for close, reporting, AP, treasury, tax, controls, billing, or FP&A
