Pay range: $67,070.00 - $108,990.00 / year

Job Description

To coordinate and manage design and construction activities for construction/renovation projects. To deliver assigned projects under budget and on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Interior Design or related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. FOR CAMPUS POSITIONS: Must maintain a valid driver's license, issued in the United States. Motor Vehicle Record will be obtained and reviewed at least annually. Driving record should meet University underwriting standards to drive vehicle in performance of University business. Currently licensed as a Professional Engineer by the State of Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors or eligible to apply to the State of Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors preferred. LEED AP, CEFP, CFM certifications preferred.
