Job summary

Architectural Fabrication, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Project Manager to coordinate and deliver complex manufacturing construction projects on time and within budget. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, communicate with clients, and ensure quality and safety standards, leveraging Salesforce and Milestones PM+ for project tracking.

You will drive project performance, align with safety practices, and partner with internal teams to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
Five-plus years of construction or manufacturing experience.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings including plan sets and isometrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Google Suite and Salesforce; Milestones PM+ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and schedule project activities and milestones to meet objectives.
Ensure project details are documented and communicated via Salesforce.
Develop and manage project budgets and monitor progress for timely completion.
Serve as primary contact for project information and resolve issues from internal/external sources.
Coordinate site and production meetings to promote project visibility.
Coordinate subcontracted services to meet timeline commitments.
Review, create, and manage execution of change orders.
Work with preconstruction to understand scope, specs, and schedules.
