LOUXZ RENOVATIONS LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential renovation projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. You will monitor progress, quality, and workmanship on job sites and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Construction or project management experience required.
• Knowledge of residential renovations and sequencing.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, schedules, milestones, and day-to-day logistics.
• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
• Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, and workmanship.
• Coordinate plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, carpenters, painters, and other trades.
• Make sure crews understand the scope of work and what needs to happen next.
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries to avoid delays.
• Track project budgets, invoices, purchases, and change orders.
• Document job progress with photos, notes, and project updates.
• Coordinate permits and inspections when required.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, investors, tenants, property managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
