The Project Manager/Estimator’s primary duty is to bid and secure construction projects. Once projects are awarded, the Project Manager/Estimator manages the contract work from start to finish, including scheduling, cost containment, monitoring progress, compliance, and client contact.
The employee is regularly required to stand and/or sit in a stationary position for extended periods of time (50%+). The employee is regularly required to use a computer/laptop in an office environment, navigate between office floors, and occasionally attend off‑site meetings. The employee may encounter high noise levels, but hearing protection is provided/required.
The work environment is primarily an office environment with required jobsite travel. The employee frequently works alone and with others, and may be exposed to variable work conditions including moving machinery, odors, dust, pressurized equipment, electrical hazards, and environmental factors such as rain, snow, wind, cold, and heat.
Base salary: $100,000 – $133,500, depending on geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
