Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1-5 years of project management experience; concrete experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels.
• Detail-oriented with ability to analyze plans, materials, and productivity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects outside office area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and implementation of concrete restoration and masonry projects.
• Performs site inspections and audits to ensure schedule, safety, and quality.
• Manages productivity, costs, quality, and safety per company policies.
• Develops estimates, writes proposals, contracts, schedules, and costing.
• Maintains relationships with customers to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Coordinates materials, equipment schedules, and subcontractor contracts.
• Works with Superintendent and field crew to meet requirements and timelines.
• Communicates change orders to field teams and customers.
