Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and implementation of concrete restoration and masonry projects.
• Perform site inspections to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage productivity, costs, quality and safety per company policies.
• Develop estimates, write proposals, administer contracts, and prepare schedules.
• Maintain customer relationships to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Coordinate material and equipment schedules and promote efficiency.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor contracts and processes.
• Collaborate with Superintendent to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Document and communicate project change orders to field and customers.
