Job summary

Keeley Restoration is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator in Columbus, OH to oversee concrete restoration and masonry projects, coordinate subcontractors, and develop estimates and proposals.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 1–5 years of project management experience (concrete preferred), strong communication skills, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of project management experience; concrete experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and implementation of concrete restoration and masonry projects.
• Performs site inspections to ensure schedule, safety and quality.
• Manages productivity, costs, quality and safety per company policies.
• Develops estimates, writes proposals, administers contracts, and schedules costs.
• Develops customer relationships to secure projects and reduce risk.
• Coordinates material and equipment schedules; manages subcontractors and vendors.
• Works with Superintendent and field crew to meet requirements.
• Documents and communicates change orders to field and customers.
