Job summary

Keeley Restoration in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to lead concrete restoration and masonry projects from planning through delivery. You will inspect sites, develop estimates, manage contracts, and coordinate schedules, costs, and safety.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 1–5 years of PM experience (concrete preferred), plus strong communication skills and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of project management experience; concrete experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to analyze plan layouts and schedules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects outside the office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates planning and implementation of concrete restoration and masonry projects.
• Performs site inspections/audits ensuring schedules, safety, and quality expectations.
• Manages project productivity, costs, quality and safety per company policies and practices.
• Develops estimates, writes proposals, administers contracts, develops schedules and costing, supervises projects.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Coordinates material and equipment schedules for efficient use.
• Manages subcontractor and vendor contracts and related processes.
• Works with Superintendent and field crew to meet requirements and timelines.
• Documents and communicates any project change orders to field and customers.
