The Encompass Group is partnering with a well-established, family-owned demolition company to lead projects and drive growth. This role focuses on managing projects from award through completion, coordinating with customers, project managers, and field crews, and ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate brings a High School Diploma and 3+ years of construction, demolition, or related experience, with PM/estimating capabilities and strong communication.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of construction, demolition, or related industry experience.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, or Sales Representative.
• Strong project management, estimating, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both office and field teams.
• Union construction experience is highly preferred.
