OPPORTUNITY

As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be a trusted team member as we continue to expand our business. Responsibility and accountability for your projects will be essential to your success. Ability to estimate and manage multiple negotiated design/build and plan/specification projects is required. We self-perform concrete work and other trades, so quantity take-off is critical. This position is ideal for a professional who has a passion for construction and enjoys the everyday challenges of their job.

Qualifications

Experience in hard-bid, negotiated, design-build projects, and conceptual estimates.

Strong knowledge of industrial or commercial construction.

Bachelor’s or associate's degree in construction technology or engineering preferred.

Prior field construction trade or supervisory experience is a plus.

3+ years of project management and estimating experience on various projects.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with Timberline, Suretrack, Primavera, Paydirt, or AutoCAD is a plus.

Stable employment background.
