Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to oversee project development, scheduling, purchasing, resource coordination, and job reconciliation. The role collaborates with the owner on day-to-day activities to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

The candidate will meet with clients, inspectors, and municipal agencies, estimate electrical work, and supervise field crews. Strong sales, organizational, and computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts electrician license required (Journeyman or Master).
• Experience as Project Manager, Estimator, or similar role preferred.
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and prioritization.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with estimating and crew scheduling.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.

Requirements

• Licensed Electrician in Massachusetts, either Journeyman or Master.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, or in a similar role preferred.
